THE ADORED combine elements of punk, new wave, and pure power pop to create an intelligent yet catchy, different yet danceable sound. Inspired by the likes of The Clash, The Jam, and Blur, the LA Weekly calls them an “L.A.-based neo-post-punk Britpop band that just about out-Brits anything recently from Blighty."

The Adored recorded a 5-song EP (out now!) for V2 Records in fall 2004, with producer Dave Trumfio and a special guest vocalist: friend and mutual fan Pete Shelley [Buzzcocks].
