Phil Roy's last release "Issues + Options" was hailed by The New York Times as "One of the year's two or three most satisfying albums by an American singer/songwriter". His songs have been covered by Ray Charles,The Neville Brothers, Joe Cocker, Pops Staples and many many others. Last year Mavis Staples and Los Lonely Boys contributed to the growing list of perfomers embracing Phil's work.
