Led by singer/songwriter Kris Anaya, An Angle has a knack for confessional indie pop. The band's style draws heavily on that of Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and early Violent Femmes. With a sound that is as pure as it is crisp, Anaya’s voice beautifully pipes out his heartfelt lyrics with sincerity. The band's debut on Drive-Thru Records "...And Take It With A Grain of Salt" proves Anaya has a remarkably eclectic sense of orchestration. An Angle is featured in Alternative Press' 100 Bands You Need To Know in 2005 and will release their follow-up "We Can Breathe Under Alcohol" in May.
