‘Heavy Cello Thunder’? ‘The Symphony Of Destruction’?? The band seem to favour ‘Cello Rock’, simple as that, but in truth ‘Apocalyptica’ pretty much says it all…simple a unique cello trio playing rock and metal.
Beside own songs Apocalyptica is famous for their Metallica covers (the ‘Plays Metallica…’ tracks featured in US movie ‘Your Friends And Neighbours’ in '98)
Apocalyptica already released four albums in over 25 countries worldwide and sold around 2 million copies. Th latest album release "Reflections" (on Nuclear Blast/USA) features Dave Lombardo (Drummer of Slayer, Phantomas, etc.) on drums.
