Current, the new cable network launched by Al Gore and Joel Hyatt, is the official television partner for SXSWclick. Current will help promote the festival through its web site and award an undetermined amount of Reel Current awards. The Reel Current award is given to aspiring filmmakers, and the recipient of these awards will have their pieces air on the Current network after it starts broadcasting on August 1.

We are proud to announce the winners of the 2004 SXSWclick! Media Festival! The winners of the People's Choice Award and our Jury Prize were featured in various shorts programs at SXSW 2005.
